RENTAL POLICY

Lakeside Merimbula Holiday Apartments Rental Policy

  1. Bookings ? A deposit on one third is required withing 7 days of booking to secure booking. The balance is payable upon arrival by Cheque, Cash or Credit Card.
  2. Occupancy starts & finishes on the dates and times shown on the receipt.
  3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs of any damages or loss to the property and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
  4. Occupancy in Studio Unit is a maximum of 2 persons. 2 Bedroom Unit is a maximum 4 persons.
  5. Local Health regulations state that NO PETS are allowed in rental accomodation.
  6. There will be no refunds for early departures.
  7. The Manager may inspect the Property at any time and with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

  9. All Interiors Are Smoke Free Zones.
  10. The Manager reserves the right to refuse service.

Our 1 bedroom lakeside apartment is comfortably furnished and fully self-contained. This studio apartment is larger than a motel room and includes a kitchenette. Lakeside views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the queen sized bed. A small lounge area is perfect for relaxing during quiet afternoons. Like all our apartments at Lakeside, the 1 bedroom studio apartment includes Austar, Broadband Internet Access, iron, hairdryer, microwave, pedestal fan, alarm clock, electric blanket and extra pillows and blankets. Access to laundry facilities is available.

This studio is tastefully decorated with a seaside theme and provides the perfect haven for couples or the single traveller.

Our spacious 2 bedroom apartments boast a water front location with beautiful views of Merimbula's tidal lake. Just a short stroll away from Main beach and the popular Mitch's Jetty, Lakeside's apartments provide the perfect holiday haven.
Each unit is fully self contained. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and electric blanket with linen and towels provided. The second bedroom has two single beds and linen for these can be hired from reception (or you can bring your own). Both bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows.
The full size kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooktop. Plenty of kitchenware and utensils are provided so you can enjoy meals prepared at your Lakeside home. The lounge room is spacious and comfortably furnished. Austar can be enjoyed on the flatscreen television and broadband internet access is available. Each unit has its own private laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor units have sliding door access to the beautiful, sun-drenched grounds of Lakeside with a small patio setting for you to enjoy your morning coffee. The upper floor units boast enclosed balconies where a complete view of Merimbula Lake can be enjoyed.
