Please read these conditions carefully: –

RENTAL POLICY

Lakeside Merimbula Holiday Units (Sapphire Coast Lakeside Apartments) Rental Policy

1. Bookings – A deposit on one third is required withing 7 days of booking to secure booking. The balance is payable upon arrival by Cheque, Cash or credit card.
2. Occupancy starts & finishes on the dates and times shown on the receipt.
3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs of any damages or loss to the property and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
4. Occupancy in Studio Unit – maximum 2 persons. 2 Bedroom Unit – maximum 4 persons.
5. Local Health regulations state that NO PETS are allowed in rental accomodation.
6. There will be no refunds for early departures.
7. The Manager may inspect the Property at any time and with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
